Refund policy

When something doesn’t bloom, here’s what we do.

Bloomly processes payments through Stripe. The following terms describe when refunds are available, how they are calculated and how to request one. This policy is intended to be read alongside Stripe's published refund and dispute documentation.

01 · Subscriptions (Florist & Studio)

Within seven (7) days of a successful billing event, you may request a full or partial refund of the most recent invoice for any reason. The refund is pro-rated against credits already spent at the standard rates published on /pricing. After the seven-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the cycle, but you may cancel at any time and continue to use credits until the cycle ends.

02 · Credit packs (Petite, Hand-tied, Wedding bundle)

Within fourteen (14) days of purchase, unused credits are refundable in full. Credits already consumed are not refundable.

03 · Failed renderings

If a bloom reel renders with an unrecoverable defect (audio sync error, wrong palette, broken file), please reply within 30 days of the render: we will re-render it free of charge or refund the credits used.

04 · How to request

1. Open the billing portal from /app/billing → "Open billing portal".

2. Or write to support@kpsellect.com including your account email and the date of the billing event.

3. We respond within two working days.

05 · How refunds appear

Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe. Most banks credit the account within 5–10 working days. Stripe shows the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) in the refund record so you can trace it with your bank if needed.

06 · Disputes and chargebacks

Before raising a chargeback, please contact us — we can usually resolve issues directly. Chargebacks initiate a Stripe disputes process; Bloomly will respond with appropriate evidence (purchase record, terms acceptance, credits consumed, AI delivery log, support correspondence).

07 · Restrictions

Statement descriptors on your card statement read "BLOOMLY AI" — Bloomly does not sell flowers, so claims related to flower delivery, freshness or arrangement quality are out of scope.
