Privacy policy

Account data: your name, email address, profile photo and authentication identifiers from Clerk (our sign-in provider).

Studio data: design briefs you write (occasion, recipient, palette, flora, budget), generated designs and bloom reels, and any reference images you upload.

Billing data: amounts, currencies, plan, invoice and dispute identifiers from Stripe. We never see your full card number — Stripe holds it.

Device data: IP address, browser, device, locale and the pages you visit on kpsellect.com, used to keep Bloomly secure and to improve the studio experience.

We use your data to operate Bloomly: to authenticate you, to render and store your designs and reels, to bill you, to deliver support, to comply with the law, and — only with your consent — to send occasional product emails. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your design briefs or uploaded images to train AI models.

Authentication: Clerk Inc. (United States).

Database: Neon (United States).

Payments: Stripe Inc. (United States).

AI inference: a contracted provider in the United States, used in real time only and configured with no-training contracts.

Email: Resend (United States).

We retain your account and studio data for as long as your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion to honour outstanding obligations and disputes. Billing records are retained for the period required by United States tax and accounting law. You may request earlier deletion at support@kpsellect.com.

Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under the GDPR or California under the CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, and delete your personal data, and to opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Bloomly does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Contact support@kpsellect.com to exercise any right; we respond within 30 days.

Bloomly is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please write to support@kpsellect.com and we will delete it.

If you access Bloomly from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for transfers from the EEA and the United Kingdom.

We will post any updates to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
