No. Your uploaded photos, recipient names, and design briefs are private to your studio. We do not use them to train models. We process them with our AI vendor to produce designs and reels, then drop them after a configurable retention window.
No. Bloomly only generates designs and tutorial videos — we are not a flower shop, a delivery service, or a wedding planner. For real stems we recommend a local florist or your favourite online flower brand.
Yes — Florist and Studio plans are cancellable from your billing dashboard at any time. You keep credits until the end of the paid cycle.
Credits are a usage allowance and aren’t redeemable for cash. Subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of a billing cycle, pro-rated against credits already spent. See our refund policy.
Absolutely. Many people do. Tell your florist it’s an AI design reference, and let them suggest substitutions for stems that aren’t in season locally — Bloomly is the brief, your florist is the artist.
Some flowers (lilies, hyacinths, parts of the arum family) are toxic to pets — especially cats. Bloomly flags allergens and pet-toxic stems on every brief. We are not a substitute for medical or veterinary advice.
